Service Level Commitment
Bit Weld Service Level Commitment
Bit Weld's commitment to you is that all reasonable commercial efforts will be
used to keep our Service online. Bit Weld considers our Service and its
availability to be a best-of-breed offering in the SaaS, ASP and M Cloud
industry sectors.
This is not an empty commitment:
1 - We employ the most knowledgeable and experienced professionals in our field
of endeavor to develop and maintain our Services.
2 - Our Services are a combination of their talents and abilities along with
industry leading and proven software and hardware infrastructure solutions.
3 - Our data transmission and storage capability are supported by the most
robust and current load-balancing, clustering and redundant storage technologies.
To further demonstrate this commitment in the unlikely event you experience
Service availability issues and if you are a paying customer, you will be
eligible to receive Service credit on your next invoice with the equivalent
of an average day's Service fee for each 60 minutes of unscheduled downtime
(up to 50% of your average monthly recurring fee). Bit Weld will begin
counting from the minute you open an incident report. In order to receive
any of the Service Credits described above, you must notify Bit Weld within
thirty days from the time you became eligible to receive a Service credit.
Failure to comply with this requirement will forfeit your right to receive a
Service credit. Bit Weld's credit policy does not cover your errors or, like
all service providers, occasional scheduled maintenance windows. Bit Weld
will post prior notification of scheduled maintenance, and since we operate
clusters of servers, maintenance that causes downtime should be rare.
